The ShopAround4 Web Site is made up of various Web pages that are owned and operated by BizConnectors. The following Terms of Use govern your use of these pages. Read these terms carefully before you accept these Terms by: (a) making a listing through ShopAround4 or (b) otherwise using services provided by the Website.

Your use of the Website constitutes Your Agreement to the Terms and any additional terms.

ShopAround4 is not responsible for content provided by its members to be accurate, complete or reliable.

Use of ShopAround4 Services
ShopAround4 provides services to connect buyers and sellers of products or services and may contain e-mail services, personal web pages such as About Us, pictures or other message or communication facilities designed to enable you to communicate with other ShopAround4 members (collectively, "ShopAround4 Services").

You agree to use the ShopAround4 Services only to post, send and receive messages and material that are proper and, when applicable, related to the particular ShopAround4 Service. By way of example, and not as a limitation, you agree that when using a ShopAround4 Service, you will not:

• Use any material or information, including images or photographs, which is made available through the ShopAround4 Sites/Services in any manner that infringes any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other proprietary right of any party.
• Upload files that contain viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programs that may damage the operation of another's computer or property of another. Use of meta tag searches on the web sites.
• Download any file posted by another user of a ShopAround4 Service that you know, or reasonably should know, cannot be legally distributed in such manner.
• Falsify or delete any author attributions, legal or other proper notices or proprietary designations or labels of the origin or source of software or other material contained in a file that is uploaded.
• Restrict or inhibit any other user from using and enjoying the ShopAround4 Services.
• Violate any code of conduct or other guidelines which may be applicable for any particular ShopAround4 Service.
• Harvest or otherwise collect information about others, including e-mail addresses.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Create a false identity for the purpose of misleading others. Use, download or otherwise copy, or provide (whether or not for a fee) to a person or entity any directory of users of an ShopAround4 Site/Service(s) or other user or usage information or any portion thereof.

ShopAround4 has no obligation to monitor the ShopAround4 Services. However, ShopAround4 reserves the right to review materials posted to a ShopAround4 Service and to remove any materials in its sole discretion. ShopAround4 reserves the right to terminate your account or terminate your access to any or all of the ShopAround4 Services at any time, without notice, for any reason whatsoever.

Unless otherwise indicated, all information, images, text, messages, illustrations, graphics, logos, designs, icons, photographs, programs, data, software, music, sound, video, or other materials that are part of the Website (collectively, the "Content") are protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, publicity rights, or other proprietary rights and laws owned, controlled or licensed by BizConnectors or by third parties (the "Third Party Providers") who have provided materials to ShopAround4, and these rights are valid and protected in all forms, media and technologies, existing now or hereinafter developed. All Content is copyrighted as a collective work under the U.S. copyright laws, and BizConnectors owns a copyright in the selection, coordination, arrangement, and enhancement of such Content.

Except as set forth herein, none of the Content may be copied, reproduced, framed, modified, removed, sold, distributed, republished, downloaded, displayed, posted, transmitted, or otherwise exploited, in whole or in part, in any form or by any means, including, but not limited to, electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording, or otherwise, without the prior express written permission of BizConnectors or the Third Party Provider. No part of the Website may be reproduced or retransmitted in any way, or by any means, without the express written permission of BizConnectors. You also may not, without BizConnectors's prior express written permission, "mirror" any of the Content contained on the Website on any other server.

ShopAround4 is committed to respecting others' intellectual property rights, and we ask our users to do the same. ShopAround4 may, in its sole discretion, terminate the accounts or access rights of users who infringe or otherwise violate others' intellectual property rights. If You believe that Your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement on the Website, please contact our copyright agent as described in our copyright policy.

Nothing on the Website shall be construed as conferring any license under any of ShopAround4's or any Third Party Provider's intellectual property rights, whether by estoppel, implication, or otherwise. You acknowledge sole responsibility for obtaining any such licenses.
